These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products and services provided by Web Techies ("Web Techies", "we", "us") — including domains, hosting, business email, WordPress, websites and our business platform (collectively, the "Services"). By purchasing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your account and login details secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You must provide accurate contact details, which are required to deliver and administer the Services.
Domain registrations are provided through our registrar partner and are subject to the policies of ICANN, the relevant domain registry, and the registrar. By registering a domain you agree to the applicable Registration Agreement and registry rules, including requirements to keep your registrant contact details accurate. Registration is only complete once the registry confirms it, and certain top-level domains require identity or eligibility verification.
You agree not to use the Services to host or transmit unlawful, infringing, malicious, or abusive content; to send spam; to attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems; or to interfere with the Services or other customers. We may suspend or terminate Services that violate this section or that place undue load on shared infrastructure.
You retain ownership of the content and data you place on the Services. You are responsible for that content and for maintaining your own backups where appropriate. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Services on your behalf.
Some Services rely on or link to third parties (for example, the domain registry/registrar, payment processing, DNS/CDN, email providers, and platform tools). Your use of those third-party services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
We work to keep the Services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, and we may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Web Techies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Web Techies harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate the Services for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or to protect the Services or other customers. You may stop using the Services at any time. Some data may be deleted after termination in line with our retention practices.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date; continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable province in which Web Techies operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
