Web Techies ("Web Techies", "we", "us") provides domains, hosting, business email, WordPress, websites and related services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website and services, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account & contact details — your name, email, phone, business name and address, provided when you contact us, register a domain, or purchase a service.
Domain registrant information — details required by registry rules to register a domain in your name (see "Domains & WHOIS" below).
Payment information — processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card number.
Usage & technical data — basic log data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and working.

How we use your information

To provide, set up and manage the services you request.
To register and administer domains and related products on your behalf.
To process payments and send receipts and service notices.
To respond to your enquiries and provide support.
To protect our services against fraud and abuse, and to meet legal and registry obligations.

Domains & WHOIS

To register a domain, certain contact details must be submitted to the domain registry and our registrar partner as required by ICANN and registry policies. Where available, WHOIS Privacy can keep your personal details out of the public WHOIS directory — you can add it at checkout. Registry and registrar handling of registrant data is governed by their own policies.

Service providers we work with

We share information only as needed with trusted providers who help us deliver the service, including:

Tucows / OpenSRS — our domain registrar and related registry services.
Stripe — payment processing.
Cloudflare — DNS, security and content delivery.
Our CRM and email tools — to manage enquiries, orders and service communications.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site and keep it secure, and limited analytics to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account or service is active and as needed to meet legal, tax and registry obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your choices & rights
